  • Expedited Shipping: $15.00 (Arrives in 2-3 business days).

  • Regular Shipping: $8.00 (Arrives in 5-7 business days).

  • Free Regular Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free regular shipping.

  • Free Expedited Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free expedited shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items, including pre-ordered books & digital items, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

 

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item as per our policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will gladly help resolve with the shipper.
